About the ROUND TABLE

 
This high-level convening is designed to reposition Nigeria’s rubber industry as a key driver of economic diversification, climate resilience, food security, and inclusive growth in alignment with the Federal Government’s ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’.
The Roundtable will focus on the following four themes:
  • Rubber-Based Agroforestry – Climate-resilient and regenerative farming for food security and rural empowerment.
  • Strengthening the Rubber Value Chain – Entrepreneurship, job creation, and economic empowerment for women and youth.
  • Repositioning Nigeria’s Rubber Sector for International Markets – Enhancing linkages, networks, and trade opportunities.
  • Result-Driven Policy Reforms – Efficiency, effectiveness, and measurable impact on national economic development.
